H&M heads to Nottingham with shiny new store format

H&M is set to reopen its doors in Nottingham on Thursday 2 May in a brand-new location, this time the high-street favourite can be found at the Victoria Centre.

The new store will offer Nottingham customers a "new, fresh interior look and feel for the brand". It will house H&M’s womenswear, menswear and kid’s collections as well as H&M Home’s contemporary décor.

The 2,177 sqm space will also focus on the omni-channel experience, offering new services including click-and-collect lockers and self-checkouts.

Klas Degeryd, Head of Expansion, H&M UK & Ireland, said: "We are delighted to once again be opening our doors in Nottingham. New omni-channel services will offer customers more convenience, while a new, elevated interior design enables them to shop our latest fashion and interior collections and styles in a more curated and inspirational way."

Nigel Wheatley, Centre Director at Victoria Centre, added: "Here at Victoria Centre, we have a range of exciting brands on our roster and we are thrilled to welcome H&M in joining them. We always look to provide our shoppers with a variety of retailers, from fashion to homeware, and we’re excited that H&M brings both to its new home.

"I’d encourage any visitors to the centre to pop by the store on 2nd May, which is located on the lower mall, to see the newly-refurbished unit and get their hands on some exclusive deals."

The first 200 customers in the queue on Thursday 2nd May will be offered a complimentary gift-with-purchase, and visitors can experience exclusive launch day in-store activations. On 2nd May only, H&M Members will get 20% off their purchases in-store.
