Guess opens new flagship store at Liverpool ONE

US fashion and lifestyle brand Guess has opened its largest UK store outside of London on Paradise Street, Liverpool ONE.

The 5,000 sq ft store spans two floors and features a clean white interior, hi-tech lighting and contrasting materials in line with its recently updated branding and layout plans. Total looks by theme are laid out in the store while accessories are displayed in the centre to maximise visibility and accessibility.

Guess CEO Victor Herrero said the store, which began trading over the weekend, had already received a positive response. "We are delighted to have opened this store and started trading during the busy Bank Holiday weekend. It has been a great opportunity for us to introduce the new store concept and branding to Liverpool ONE’s stylish shoppers and we have received very positive feedback in addition to strong sales already," he said.

Grosvenor Europe which owns Liverpool ONE said the retail and leisure destination had attracted 20 new brands in the past year (it houses 170 overall). Near neighbours of Guess on Paradise Street include Nike, Urban Outfitters, Footasylum and 7Liverpool.

"Paradise Street continues to thrive as a destination for international brands, with Guess the latest in a series to open in this standout location. The brand has created a great store, bringing the best of London to Liverpool," said Miles Dunnett from Grosvenor Europe.
