Five Guys celebrates 10-year UK anniversary with new fashion range

American burger brand Five Guys has launched its second apparel and accessories collection to coincide with its 10-year anniversary in the UK.

Whilst the first collection ‘Arlington 1986’ focused on the Americana style, the new ‘checkerboard’ range champions the recognisable red-and-white checkerboard tiles in all Five Guys restaurants.

The full collection includes sliders, sunglasses, a reversible bucket hat and  checkerboard summer co-ord, as well as long and short sleeve t-shirts.

In keeping with Five Guys’ Burgers & Fries ethos, the quality of the merch also hasn’t been compromised. According to the brand, all pieces have a "premium feel, and have been carefully curated with comfort, quality and durability in mind".

The drop was modelled by restaurant staff and shot at one of the farms where Five Guys source its potatoes, "paying homage to the brand’s commitment to fresh produce".

Paul Hamilton, Brand and Customer Director at Five Guys, said: “After the successful launch of our first merch drop, we wanted to allow Five Guys fans to continue incorporating their love for the brand into their everyday outfits.

"In the same way we are committed to using only the freshest ingredients in our kitchen, we approached the design and production of the second collection with the ambition to create high quality, fashionable pieces.”
