A Dutch Farfetch-style fashion site that offers collections from 130 boutiques in the Benelux region has unveiled an English language international version of its site.

Winkelstraat.nl (the name is Dutch for "Shopping Street") has unveiled Boutique24.com which now ships to 24 countries throughout Europe including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Sweden.

Its offer is similar to that of its sister site but, according to CEO Joost van der Veer, it is more focused on exclusive and higher end products from boutiques across Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Brands on Boutique24.com include Balmain, Boutique Moschino, Kenzo, McQ by Alexander McQueen and MSGM from boutiques such as 2PR - Amterdam, Bastiaans Schoenen - Maastricht, Gorilli - Rotterdam and Smets - Luxembourg.

Winkelstraat.nl was launched in 2012 and represents about 130 boutiques offering 100 brands. It is some way off the scale of Farfetch which has a global reach and represents about 400 boutiques (from the Americas, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia) offering more than 1,000 brands. Farfetch was founded in 2007 by entrepreneur José Neves.
