Crew Clothing opens its first store in the tennis town of Eastbourne

Crew Clothing has opened its first store in Eastbourne in a prime position in The Beacon shopping centre. The British fashion and lifestyle retailer has for many years been the official merchandise partner of Eastbourne's famous Rothesay International tennis tournament, so has had a high-profile presence in the South Coast town but until now had never had a store. 

The 985 sq ft space will showcase Crew's latest collections including partywear, winter style essentials and gifts in time for the festive season. Its first day of trading is 7 December and shoppers making purchases through to 7 January will automatically be entered into a raffle to win x2 tickets to the 2024 Rothesay International tennis tournament.

Crew Clothing’s Head of Marketing, Naomi Parry commented: “With our strong coastal heritage and ongoing partnership with the LTA [Lawn Tennis Association], the opening of a permanent Eastbourne store is an exciting addition to the Crew portfolio. We have a number of enticing celebratory offers available and look forward to welcoming new and existing customers through our doors.”

Crew Clothing's journey began in the back of a windsurfing shop in Salcombe, 1993. Today it operates more than 100 stores across the country and it has a particularly strong connection with the British coast.

As well as tennis, Crew supports a number of sports with further partnerships including Williams Racing, Henley Royal Regatta, the Professional Cricketers Association, the Legends Tour and Exeter Chiefs.
