Claire's names new CFO and COO to drive growth

Claire's has appointed Chris Cramer as its new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer to help fuel its next phase of growth.

Cramer joins the accessories brand from Gen Z-focused intimate and lifestyle apparel retailer Parade, where he served as President.

Prior to this, he spent over 20 years at Bath & Body Works in leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

In his new role at Claire's, Cramer will drive the company's strategic roadmap through business and operational planning, as well as financial performance management.

He will oversee its finance, supply chain, technology and North America real estate teams and report to Ryan Vero, the CEO of Claire's.

Cramer said: "I'm excited to join Claire's as it continues to build on the momentum it has created as a true destination for today's consumer and a powerful, global fashion brand.
