Ben Sherman launches John Lennon collection in 60th anniversary year
Ben Sherman has launched a limited edition collection with the John Lennon Estate, “celebrating six decades of music and fashion” – in this the brand’s 60th anniversary year – and one of the world’s most prolific singer-songwriters of all time.
The collection blends Ben Sherman's design DNA with original John Lennon sketches, and features iconic album artwork, song lyrics, and Lennon's signature throughout.

The collaboration was inspired by John Lennon’s powerful ‘Imagine’ song, with the word incorporated on some of the designs.

Mark Williams, Ben Sherman’s Creative Director, said: “Straightaway, we loved the idea of making the lyrics structurally form part of the design. We knew this was an original approach that hadn't been explored to this level of detail.”

John Lennon was celebrated not only as a musician but also as an accomplished artist, and some of his “whimsical artworks” have been integrated into the collection – featuring on T-shirts and Oxford shirts.
