ASOS warns some customers of potential delivery delays
ASOS has alerted customers that it may have to delay some orders, as the company is hit by supply-chain issues, warning that its next day delivery service “won’t always be available”.
The email reads: Hey. Just an FYI, there's a chance that Next-Day delivery won't always be available (cos we're super-busy atm). If that happens, Fastest Delivery will be selected, and we'll get the order to you as speedily as we can.
"Some good news - you can now shop more styles and sizes, because we've recently started shipping to you from more warehouses, including the EU. Just a heads-up though: orders coming from these depots might take a little longer than you're used to, but you'll still get free Standard Delivery
"Thanks for being patient and choosing Premier - you peeps are our faves"
In a statement, an ASOS spokesperson said: “We have a robust, professionally organised global supply-chain operation that is functioning well. A small number of supplier orders have been deferred but this is normal for retailers.”
