Ted Baker has announced that retail veteran Andrew Jennings has decided to step down as non-executive director on 29 January 2022, after more than eight years' service.

Jennings is currently the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and will be succeeded by Helena Feltham in this role on 30 January 2022.

Feltham has over 30 years experience in Retail and Human Capital Leadership. She was the former People Director at B&Q and prior to that, held the role of Human Resources Director at Marks & Spencer, Woolworths South Africa and Jack Wills.

John Barton, Ted Baker chairman, said: "I regret that Andrew has taken the decision to step down from the board. I would like to thank him for his outstanding contribution as the company has navigated a difficult period. His international experience and insight have been hugely valuable as we continue to transform Ted Baker and we wish him all the best for the future."

Jennings was appointed the role of non-executive director in 2014 and has over 45 years of international retail experience at high-end speciality and department stores around the world. This includes CEO of Holt Renfrew Canada, President at Saks Fifth Avenue in the USA and CEO at House of Fraser in the UK.
