Zara and US apparel brand Fruit of the Loom have partnered on a global capsule collection that has gone live in-store and on Zara.com.
The inspiration behind the collection was a play on Fruit of the Loom’s heritage and leverages the brand’s most recognised vintage logo. Incorporating classic styles that the brand is famous for, the new women’s collection features brightly coloured T-shirts and sweatshirts with matching shorts and sweatpants, and undergarments.
“It’s an honour to collaborate with one of the world’s most prominent and innovative fashion brands,” said Karen Kendrick, Fruit of the Loom VP Brand Communications and Creative Services.
“Zara’s use of our logo from the 80s and 90s, modernised with bright colors, is a wonderful tribute to the fun, optimistic spirit Fruit of the Loom embodies,” Kendrick added.
Prices range from £14.99 for underwear items to £27.99 for sweatpants. It can be purchased now at Zara.com.
