Yours Clothing opens in Chelmsford as it continues retail expansion plan

Fast-growing plus size fashion retailer Yours Clothing has opened a new store in Chelmsford's Meadows Shopping Centre as part of its retail expansion plan.

The store, opened yesterday, offering the brand's full line-up of womenswear in sizes 16 – 36 and joining the retailer's 136-strong store estate. Yours has said it plans to open a further 35 stores in the UK and internationally this year.

“We are thrilled to be opening a store in Chelmsford which will bring another store to the county town of Essex. We are hugely passionate towards rapidly growing our stores within the UK along with an international focus this year and wish our new Chelmsford team all the best for a great store opening and season of trade," said Yours Clothing retail director Karen Luton.

Last month the business, which is headquartered in Peterborough, appointed Missguided chief digital officer, Jonathan Wall, as a non-executive director to assist with its expansion plans. In February it opened its first wholly owned international store in Dublin.
