Yoox Net-A-Porter Group (YNAP) has bolstered its top team with a raft of senior executive appointments, including a new managing director for Net-A-Porter.com.

Nicola Brandolese has joined as MD at Net-A-Porter.com and will be based at the luxury online retailer's London office. He was most recently CEO at Giuseppe Zanotti and prior to that was a group executive at LVMH working across on major programmes of activity for brands including Fendi.

Elsewhere in the YNAP Luxury division Thierry Pichon has been appointed as Vice President of global sales and customer experience. Pichon was most recently general manager at Level, part of Dubai luxury group Chalhoub. He has also held senior roles at RM Williams, Gucci and LVMH.

Two YNAP group-wide appointments have been made with Pete Marsden taking on the role of CTO with a particular focus on driving innovation in mobile, personalisation and AI. He will lead the technology teams in London and Bologna and report into chief operating officer Olivier Schaeffer.

Marsden joins YNAP from Aviva where he was also CTO and previously held top technology positions at House of Fraser and ASOS.

Also at group level Paolo Inga has been appointed as appointed as the Global Human Resources Director. He joins from Vodafone and sits on the group’s Executive Committee reporting to Federico Marchetti, Chairman and CEO of Yoox Net-A-Porter Group.

Finally in the fashion division Alessia Crivelli has joined off-price business YOOX in the newly created role of brand and communications director with responsibility for creative, design, PR & art. She previously spent 15 years at Gucci and was most recently with global events company Worldwide Shows Corp, which has responsibility for staging the Olympics.

Last week YNAP announced it was adding 100 new team members in personal styling and client relations teams globally, doubling the size of the departments.
