Emerging designer Mowalola Ogunlesi will host her first pop-up store in London, taking temporary residence at the Dray Walk Gallery in Shoreditch, from 26-28 November.

The Central Saint Martins graduate, Fashion East alumni, and creative director for Kanye West’s Yeezy Gap will offer shoppers a chance to get their hands on some of her garments which propelled her to the forefront of fashion, including pieces from the "Lola Land" merchandise drop and rare archival garments.

The pop-up will also offer exclusive merchandise ranging from a "Jesus 4 Life" hoodie to "Free Mowa" T-shirts, "Tramp Stamp" transferrable tattoos and a complementing hoodie with the same tribal design, "M" logo rings, alongside three colourways of the limited-edition "Monsta" boot and the brand’s signature "Bundle" bags.

The space, which opens from 11am to 6pm, features unique furniture items on display including a table made in collaboration with Chapel.

Born to two Nigerian fashion designers, Mowalola gained traction in the fashion industry with her avant-garde, provocative and bold designs. The London-based designer held her first show at London Fashion Week in 2019, which attracted the attention of artists and designers including Drake, Solanage, Kim Jones and Skepta.

Besides the commercial success of her website, the designer worked with Nike to design the Nigerian football team's uniform, collaborating with Skepta on his "Pure Water" music video and was one of six designers picked by British Vogue to dress the 60th anniversary Barbie.
