Flannels' brand portfolio includes emerging designers and some luxury\u2019s biggest names including Valentino, Saint Laurent, Off-White, Stone Island, Burberry and Balmain.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, Frasers Group bought a majority 51% stake in Flannels.
