{"id":229955,"date":"2023-03-27T12:02:16","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T11:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/?p=229955"},"modified":"2023-03-27T17:18:29","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T16:18:29","slug":"sandro-launches-uk-rental-service-with-hurr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/sandro-launches-uk-rental-service-with-hurr\/","title":{"rendered":"Sandro launches UK rental service with HURR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Paris-based fashion brand <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/the_directory\/sandro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sandro<\/a><\/span> has today launched its first UK rental service in partnership with leading rental platform HURR, giving customers the opportunity to rent pieces from the current SS23 collection.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It comes after a successful launch in the rental market for Sandro in France in 2022, and is part of the brand\u2019s continued commitment to \u201cmore responsible fashion\u201d, which has seen a variety of initiatives, including the Sandro Seconde Main service in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Sandro CEO, Isabelle Allouch, said: \u201cThis additional step in the world of fashion rentals reaffirms our desire to encourage circular consumption approaches. In addition, it reinforces our overall duty of responsibility towards the environment and people, and adds to the actions we\u2019re already taken.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Victoria Prew, Founder and CEO of HURR, commented: \u201cWe are incredibly excited and proud to be officially launching a spring capsule collection by Sandro on HURR, which we know will be a hit with our HURR family. Sandro has perfected Parisian elegance, but with a contemporary fresh feel, and this new collection is their best yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sandro was founded by \u00c9velyne Chetrite in 1984 as a premium contemporary womenswear brand. Menswear, under the name of Sandro Homme, was added in 2008 following her son, Ilan Chetrite, joining the company.
