The sports brand of the Inditex<\/a><\/span> group, Oysho<\/a><\/span>, has announced the opening of its first store in the UK at Westfield London<\/span> <\/a>in Shepherd\u2019s Bush.<\/strong><\/p>\n In a brief statement, the brand reveals its expansion plans are due to \"reaffirming the impulse towards the world of sports and consolidating the renewed image of the brand and its new concept of shopping experience\".<\/p>\n The new 3,500 sq ft retail space is divided into two floors and boasts an eight-meter high glass fa\u00e7ade. The floors host separate collections, with the first exhibiting technical sportswear, and the second home to everyday items of clothing.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Three self-payment terminals have been installed in the retail space, allowing shoppers to independently complete their purchases. Click and collect is also available on site.<\/p>\n Oysho\u2019s London opening is part of its global expansion, with the addition of 457 stores in 56 markets. It has a brick-and-mortar presence in 48 countries and is available online in 169 countries. The retailer\u2019s owner, Inditex, manages more than 100 physical locations in the United Kingdom, half of which are Zara<\/a><\/span> stores.<\/p>\n
