{"id":214222,"date":"2022-08-15T07:57:41","date_gmt":"2022-08-15T06:57:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/?p=214222"},"modified":"2022-08-15T18:55:15","modified_gmt":"2022-08-15T17:55:15","slug":"hobbs-to-open-at-bracknells-the-lexicon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/hobbs-to-open-at-bracknells-the-lexicon\/","title":{"rendered":"Hobbs to open at Bracknell's The Lexicon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelexiconbracknell.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Lexicon Bracknell Shopping Centre<\/a>, a joint venture between Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund and Legal &amp; General Capital, has announced the signing of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/the_directory\/hobbs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hobbs<\/a><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The luxury womenswear brand has <strong>committed to taking a 2,260 sq ft space in the former Jack Wills store<\/strong> and will sit alongside other brands including TK Maxx, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/the_directory\/next\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Next<\/a><\/span> and H&amp;M.<\/p>\n<p>The opening of Hobbs will join Laser Clinics, Wimpy, Gymfinity Kids, Hat and Home and Perfect Smile in a <strong>combined 22,041 sq ft scheme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>These latest lettings highlight <strong>The Lexicon's aim to attract strong retail and F&amp;B brands<\/strong>, to create a modern mixed use shopping destination to help improve Bracknell\u2019s day and night-time economy.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Woolven, Asset Manager at Schroders Capital, said: \u201cWe are delighted with the lettings we have secured at The Lexicon over the past few months. The arrival of these new leading retail, F&amp;B and leisure brands, combined with the plans to further enhance the centre will ensure The Lexicon remains a thriving retail destination which continues to attract people from across the Thames Valley.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Lexicon is integral to the redevelopment of Bracknell town centre, and these latest lettings will also help solidify the town\u2019s status as a key destination within the Berkshire region.
