Luxury watch and jewellery retailer Goldsmiths has announced that it will expand its presence in retail destination Victoria Square in Belfast, following its continued success at the location.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The new and expanded 2,680 sq ft Goldsmiths showroom<\/strong> will be located on the Upper Ground and is due to launch in June 2022. It will be the first new Goldsmiths showroom to launch in Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n The news coincides with strong sales at Victoria Square over the second half of 2021, which were up 3.3% in December compared to the same period in 2019. The 694,000 sq ft retail and leisure space attracts an annual footfall of around 11.5 million<\/strong> and features over 80 UK and international retail brands including Frasers, JD, Flannels, Mango, H&M, Hollister, Pull & Bear and Tommy Hilfiger.<\/p>\n Craig Bolton, Executive Director of Goldsmith's parent company The Watches of Switzerland Group, said: \u201cThe new Goldsmiths showroom not only extends our presence within the city of Belfast and enables us to create an in-store experience that consumers can enjoy.
