In addition, the company will pass on the majority of the cash proceeds from the divesture of US subsidiary Reebok to shareholders, which it expects to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n
In August, Adidas announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Reebok to Authentic Brands Group (ABG) for up to \u20ac2.1 billion ($2.5 billion) as the company focus on strengthening on its core brand.<\/p>\n
