Issue Twelve, the new conscious fashion collection from Leah Chapman (daughter of MATCHESFASHION founders Tom and Ruth Chapman), has opened its first physical retail presence in the form of a three-week pop up store in Marylebone Village.

Open for three weeks, the store at 32-34 New Cavendish Street, showcases the brand's elevated basics, which were first launched online in April, along with some exclusive styles such as a speckled wool tweed winter kilt and a double breasted wool and recycled cashmere pea coat in chocolate brown.

Issue Twelve seeks to tell the story of each of the pieces in its collection from the origin of its fibre to the factory where it’s made and the retail stores helps with this aim, explained Leah Chapman.

"I’m incredibly excited to be able to welcome my customer into the Issue Twelve world for the first time. As an online business I wanted to be able to showcase the culture and ethos of the brand and bring it to life. The journey of how each garment has been made and the quality of the fabrication is intrinsic to the brand. It needs to be touched and felt, there is a story behind every piece.
