The rise in demand for help should be seen as a positive sign of a cultural shift: the efforts of those who\u2019ve campaigned for the de-stigmatisation of common issues such as depression and anxiety have not been in vain.<\/p>\n<p>\"Occasions such as World Mental Health Day this weekend contribute enormously to bringing issues into sharp focus and spotlighting the distinction between mental health and mental illness.
