Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Product and Merchandising Officer.<\/p>\n<p>With nearly three decades of experience, <strong>Poole has proven success in the development of several other product and lifestyle brands including Sperry Top-Sider, Timberland, Kangol, Converse, MTV Europe and <span class=\"xn-person\">Pepe Jeans.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xn-person\">Andrew Rees<\/span>, Chief Executive Officer, said: \"Since joining the Crocs team, Michelle has had a profound impact on the trajectory and success of the Crocs business.
