{"id":166022,"date":"2020-03-31T13:54:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T13:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/moda-pushes-ss21-show-dates-back-in-response-to-covid-19\/"},"modified":"2021-08-06T12:05:16","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T12:05:16","slug":"moda-pushes-ss21-show-dates-back-in-response-to-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/moda-pushes-ss21-show-dates-back-in-response-to-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Moda pushes SS21 show dates back in response to COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fashion trade show Moda has announced its SS21 edition will now take place from 6-8 September, 2020, at The NEC in Birmingham, not on 2-4 August as previously planned,<strong> following feedback from current customers amid the coronavirus crisis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This move reflects show organiser Hyve Group\u2019s commitment to creating a unified portfolio of UK trade shows, as Moda<strong> will now take place alongside leading retail trade show Autumn Fair.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moda event director, Adam Gough,\u00a0says: \u201cAfter carefully monitoring the situation, and listening to our customers, we have decided to move the SS21 edition of Moda back to September. This decision reflects our commitment to continuing the growth of one of the UK\u2019s longest-standing and best-loved fashion trade shows and <strong>it is our hope that both exhibitors and visitors will support this decision.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike many of you, the Moda team are working from spaces that look a little different \u2013 from home offices to shared dining tables. However, we want you to know that our inboxes remain open, and our phones are switched on as we continue to work remotely.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As part of Hyve Group\u2019s UK-wide initiative, Moda will also be running the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.moda-uk.co.uk\/news\/inspiredbykindness\">#InspiredByKindness<\/a>\u00a0campaign.
