{"id":165701,"date":"2020-02-27T14:43:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-27T14:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/first-brands-revealed-for-scotch-corner-designer-village\/"},"modified":"2021-08-06T12:04:50","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T12:04:50","slug":"first-brands-revealed-for-scotch-corner-designer-village","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/first-brands-revealed-for-scotch-corner-designer-village\/","title":{"rendered":"First brands revealed for \u00a390m northern designer outlet opening 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More than <strong>20 brands have been confirmed for a new \u00a390m outlet and leisure destination<\/strong> in North Yorkshire.<\/p>\n<p>Scotch Corner Designer Village will be <strong>situated on the A1(M), with the 250,000 sq ft scheme featuring up to 92 units<\/strong> in its first phase, as developer Scotch Corner Richmond LLP is investing \u00a390m to help launch the project.<\/p>\n<p>The 23 brands that have confirmed their involvement so far include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BOSS at 3,175 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Calvin Klein at 2,500 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Tommy Hilfiger at 3,900 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Adidas at 10,225 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Levi's at 2,900 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Skechers at 2,900 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>GAP at 6,500 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Joules at 2,500 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Mint Velvet at 1,900 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Dune London at 1,300 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Clarks at 5,100 sq ft<\/li>\n<li>Regatta at 1,550 sq ft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Simon Waterfield, Developer and Co-owner of Scotch Corner Richmond LLP, said: \"Our vision is to create a retail and leisure destination that will appeal to customers from near and far.
