She was responsible for creating a new and transformational direction for the brands, and <strong>developing a new and relevant identity in the transition to its new owner, ASOS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">Prior to that short-lived role, Dawson was <strong>Design Director at Urban Outfitters from March 2017 \u2013 September 2020,<\/strong> and she brings a wealth of experience in creating clear brand DNA to her new position, and is \u201cespecially skilled at on-point trend insights\u201d, analysing and forecasting to ensure fast changing consumer trends are met.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">Jane Eskriett, Managing Director of Karen Millen, Coast, Oasis and Warehouse, said:\u00a0\u201cI am delighted that the extremely talented Lizzie Dawson has joined our team.
