Ferrucci\u2019s role also includes that of General Manager of Emerging Markets.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_167802\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/wp-content\/uploads\/Argu-Secilmis_Vice-President-Product-and-Marketing-Napapijri_640.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-167802\" class=\"size-full wp-image-167802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/wp-content\/uploads\/Argu-Secilmis_Vice-President-Product-and-Marketing-Napapijri_640.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-167802\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Argu Secilmis<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Argu Secilmis has now been appointed as Vice President of Product and Marketing at Napapijri.<\/strong> He originally joined Timberland in 2009, holding roles across merchandising, marketing and product. Most recently, Secilmis was Vice President of Global Apparel for Timberland. Olsson succeeds Ferrucci. Since joining VF in 2009, Olsson held various sales and marketing positions within Vans and The North Face, and he was most recently Director of Group Digital Accounts, where he contributed to the EMEA region\u2019s strategic digital acceleration.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_167804\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/wp-content\/uploads\/Stuart-Pond_Vice-President-EMEA-Supply-Chain-Operations_640.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-167804\" class=\"size-full wp-image-167804\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/wp-content\/uploads\/Stuart-Pond_Vice-President-EMEA-Supply-Chain-Operations_640.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-167804\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Stuart Pond<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Stuart Pond has been appointed Vice President, EMEA Supply Chain Operations.<\/strong> Since 2018, Pond was Vice President of Supply Chain for VF\u2019s Asia Pacific region. He succeeds Darren Miller, who recently announced his decision to leave VF for personal reasons after spending the past 28 years with the company.<\/p>\n<p>Martino Scabbia Guerrini, VF\u2019s President of the EMEA region, said: \u201cVF\u2019s ongoing success in EMEA is driven by a <strong>strong, cohesive leadership team with extensive business management experience,<\/strong> industry knowledge and a deep understanding of our company culture and vision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thankful to Andreas, Massimo, Argu and Stuart for bringing their passion and commitment to VF.
