{"id":164028,"date":"2021-02-01T11:00:29","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T11:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/british-fashion-council-announces-office-move-from-somerset-house-to-soho\/"},"modified":"2021-08-06T12:10:06","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T12:10:06","slug":"british-fashion-council-announces-office-move-from-somerset-house-to-soho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theindustry.fashion\/british-fashion-council-announces-office-move-from-somerset-house-to-soho\/","title":{"rendered":"British Fashion Council announces move from Somerset House to Soho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The British Fashion Council today announced it will move its office space to flexible workspace provider Fora, located at 33 Broadwick Street<\/strong>, Soho, London.<\/p>\n<p>Fora will <strong>also join the BFC as a Patron<\/strong>, playing a key role in supporting the organisation in the years ahead.<\/p>\n<p>The new central location also places the organisation in close proximity to many of London\u2019s creative spaces and major retail hubs and <strong>allows the BFC team the flexibility to host state of the art technology and event spaces.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both the BFC and Fora are aligned in their long-term commitment to sustainability which is reflective of the BFC\u2019s own work to encourage positive change and strive for fair representation within the fashion industry.<\/p>\n<p>The BFC has been based at Somerset House since 2009 and was one of the first office tenants to move in when the building was renovated and converted.<\/p>\n<p>Caroline Rush, Chief Executive BFC said: \u201cWe are delighted to move to Fora in Soho and very much look forward to this exciting new chapter for the British Fashion Council.
