Intu Lakeside<\/a> is the latest of Intu\u2019s properties to transfer to new management, with Global Mutual appointed as its Asset Manager and Savills as its Property Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n Intu Lakeside is part of the property company Intu SGS, a PropCo of Intu Properties. Administrators were not appointed to any of its property subsidiaries.<\/p>\n It is the fourth and final Intu mall under the property firm to move to new management.<\/p>\n The existing centre names and branding will remain in place for an interim period, with Lakesides social media reporting: \"We'll still be known as intu Lakeside for a little while longer, and the centre will continue to run as normal, but under new management.<\/p>\n \"Stay tuned here for all the latest news and exciting changes that will take place in the centre.\"<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Earlier this month fashion retailer Next\u00a0opened its new beauty concept, The Beauty Hall from Next<\/a>, in former Debenhams sites at Intu Watford and Intu Milton Keynes, now also opening a third site at Intu Metrocentre.<\/p>\n Since entering administration in June 2020, Intu Derby<\/a>, Intu Milton Keynes<\/a>, Intu Potteries<\/a>, Intu Watford<\/a> and Intu Victoria Centre<\/a> have all been sold or transferred to new management.<\/p>\n
