Deploying EdApp\u2019s mobile-first training will allow the British Jewellery brand to <strong>effortlessly train its international team and improve the quality of training<\/strong>. The platform uses corporate e-learning technology which applies microlearning, gamification, and spaced repetition.<\/p>\n<p>With EdApp\u2019s mobile-first design and cloud-based authoring tool, the jewellery brand can effortlessly design lessons to teach to its employees globally. Monica Vinader will also utilise the mobile-first method, so <strong>employees are be able to take part in lessons according to their own time and place<\/strong>, allowing flexibility within its workforce which will further enhance the brand's training retail system.<\/p>\n<p>Anna Shelton-Agar, General Manager EMEA at Monica Vinader said in a statement:\u00a0\"Monica Vinader was looking to effectively educate new starters, introduce our current retail staff to the Monica Vinader brand and policies, product features, and pricing.
