Anyone looking for a smoking gun in Ted Baker\u2019s long-awaited report into allegations of sexual harassment will be sorely disappointed. The fashion brand isn\u2019t even going to publish the report<\/strong>, the spoilsports.<\/p>\n The FTSE 250 company revealed on Thursday \u2028that the independent inquiry into its \u201cpolicies, procedures and handling of employee grievances<\/strong>\u201d had concluded. Law firm Herbert Smith Freehills was tasked with the job of interviewing past and present employees to get to the bottom of the \u201cforced hugs\u201d policy allegedly fostered by founder and former chief executive Ray Kelvin.<\/p>\n
