The Baukjen Group, which includes the digital-native Baukjen premium womenswear brand and the Isabella Oliver maternity brand, has announced a \u00a3400,000 crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube.<\/strong><\/p>\n It says it is raising the money to aid expansion in the US\u00a0for the Baukjen brand<\/strong> and to develop a physical presence via concessions and pop-ups.<\/p>\n In the past two years the company says it has grown by 26% and now has in the last financial year had sales of \u00a318m,\u00a0with a net revenue of \u00a310.7m and a \u00a3471k EBITDA.<\/strong><\/p>\n The group was founded with the Isabella Oliver maternity brand 15 years ago with Baukjen added in 2012<\/strong>, giving the group an opportunity to engage with women outside of the maternity period. It now has\u00a0a team of 48 and sells to 172 countries, with stockists including John Lewis, Next Label, and Nordstrom in the US.<\/p>\n
