Arket is a modern-day take on the market and sells clothing for\u00a0women, men and children, as well as products for the home, all with<strong> a theme of sustainability and durability.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Sam Miller, head of expansion at H&amp;M Group, said:<\/span> \u201cLandsec [co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater] really understands the Arket brand and, in doing so, has<strong> delivered the perfect location for our move outside of London.<\/strong> There is a tangible sense of quality at Bluewater that complements Arket and we are going to be in great company on the Guildhall. We are very excited to be opening at Bluewater this spring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Landsec's portfolio director Russell Loveland added:\u00a0\u201cArket\u2019s selection of Bluewater for its first UK store outside London reaffirms the centre\u2019s position as the destination of choice for international brands seeking somewhere special from which to launch their expansion. <strong>Arket has a refreshing take on long-lasting design and quality<\/strong> that will appeal to our guests, and the brand\u2019s focus on their in-store experience reflects our own ethos.
