His role will be taken on by buying director Toby Bateman, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.drapersonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Drapers.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Phair joined the group in 2009 to launch the off-price site The Outnet and went on to build a \u00a3100m business. She also sat on the group's executive team for seven years.<\/p>\n<p>Her role will be split between\u00a0vice president of global buying Shira Suveyke and global sales and marketing director Andres Sosa.<\/p>\n<p>The news comes days after the newly merged group <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessoffashion.com\/articles\/news-analysis\/yoox-net-a-porter-raises-savings-estimate-amid-merger-benefits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">raised its annual cost-savings estimate<\/a> from Euros 60m to Euros 85m.<\/p>\n<p>Net-a-Porter's <strong>\u00a32.8bn merger<\/strong> with Italian group Yoox was announced earlier this year and confirmed last month.
