Wolf & Badger online sales show dramatic growth

Multi-brand concept retailer Wolf & Badger saw online sales grow 59% to £10.5m in 2019, compared to £6.6m in 2018, with 9m visitors to its online retail platform last year.

The retailer, which marks its 10thanniversary this year, expects to report overall revenue growth of 80% for 2019. As well as the phenomenal online sales, it also attributes its success to its 12,000 sq ft flagship shop at Coals Drop Yard, Kings Cross, and increased sales through its newly refurbished New York location – unveiled in November 2019 – which resulted in like-for-like sales increasing by 37% during the year.

Further to £4.5m funding from Guinness Asset Management EIS Fund in April 2019, the retailer expects to more than double revenue in 2020 as it continues to reach more independent, ethical brands and more customers in the US as well as continuing to build on its UK base.
