White Stuff launches Good Stuff – its first-ever loyalty programme

British lifestyle brand and retailer White Stuff has launched its first-ever customer loyalty programme under the name of Good Stuff.

Signing up for membership will give its customers exclusive personalised offers based on what they like to wear, ‘birthday treats’ and invites to VIP events - with bubbly and discounts.

There’s also free styling advice sessions with experts, entry to competitions with a chance to win holidays, surfing trips and more, as well as free flower seeds that can be picked up in-store every month.

On top of that, there’s a chance to ‘win your shopping’ with a spinning wheel to win money back every time a customer shops.

White Stuff Managing Director, Tracey Verghese, said: “Good Stuff is the natural evolution of our community offer, shaped into something more customers can access and enjoy. Not just with the usual discounts, but with things people actually get excited about and feel more personalised to them.

“Whether that's the chance to win your shopping every time you buy, bookable styling sessions, free flower seeds every month, dog ‘pawtraits’ at our Kingston store, it's about creating moments that feel fun and worth being part of.

“This is just the beginning though. We will keep listening to our community and building Good Stuff into something that genuinely reflects what they want from it.”

Next week, running from 11-17 May, will see the launch of ‘Good Stuff Week’, which will give customers the chance to win daily prizes.

In December 2025, White Stuff, which was acquired by Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight owner TFG London in October 2024, opened a new 1,302 sq ft store at Birmingham Grand Central Station - continuing its “ambitious” store expansion across the UK having already opened eight new stores in 2025.

The new Birmingham location marked the brand’s 119th UK store, with more planned to follow this year in city centres, shopping malls and retail parks across the UK.
