Wes Anderson directs Adrien Brody in H&M Holiday film

Cult director Wes Anderson has directed Adrien Brody in a four-minute film to showcase the H&M Christmas collection.

Called Come Together the film is set on a magical train journey which is delayed by 11 and a half hours due to a blizzard. Realising this means the passengers will not get home in time for Christmas, Ralph the conductor of coach 14 (played by Brody), throws a Christmas brunch in the train's cafeteria.

With the help of his assistant Fritz, and some supplies grabbed from a passing train, Ralph transforms the cafeteria into a beautiful Christmas scene complete with tree and the youngest passenger, a small boy, is invited to place the star on top. It is set to a soundtrack of The Little Drummer Boy and John Lennon and Yoko Ono's So This Is Christmas.

H&M Holiday Campaign

Anderson directed Brody in 2007 cult hit The Darjeeling Limited which tells the story of a group of brothers who travel across India by train a year after their father's death in an attempt to bond with each other. The director is perhaps best known for his more recent work, The Grand Budapest Hotel released in 2014; the stylistic approach for which is evident in the H&M film.

Come Together is the centrepiece the H&M holiday campaign which launches today. The accompanying imagery shows models, including Alek Wek and Ashley Graham, modelling the holiday clothing collection on the set of the film.
