Valentino names Alessandro Beretta CEO Europe
Maison Valentino has tapped Alessandro Beretta as Chief Executive Officer for Europe, leading the Italian luxury label’s European retail and wholesale growth.
In his new role, Beretta will report directly to Laurent Bergamo, CCO of America, Europe, Middle East and Brazil.
He will leverage on Valentino’s digital capabilities and build out relationships with couture clients. His appointment will help with the implementation of its Client and Colleague Centric strategy, support digital transformation and Couture Clienteling to offer an optimal Client Journey.
As CEO Europe, Beretta will also act as a Maison Valentino brand ambassador while strengthening brand awareness with a specific focus on Retail Engagement and Client Centricity.
Beretta started his career in Procter&Gamble where he held several senior roles and later moved to footwear giant Nike, where he was appointed as Partner Management Director Southern Europe.
