Topshop has unveiled the first images of its new bridal collection which will go on sale from 13 April.

The collection features five bride's dresses in a range of styles including strapless, tie-shoulder and "Bardot" with tiered layers, peplums and sweeping trains. The range has a distinct vintage feel with fabrics including ivory textured crepe and embellishments such as pearls and silver threads.

Bridesmaids are also included with 25 styles on offer from cold-shoulder gowns with ruffles to cap-sleeved maxi dresses and the range is completed with a selection of footwear, lingerie and accessories.

Brides to be can book into Toyshop's personal styling suites for a complimentary session and prices range from £350-£795 for bridal dresses, £85-£245 for bridesmaid's dresses and £79 for shoes. The dresses are available in sizes 4-16.

The affordable bridal market is burgeoning. Etailer ASOS has its own bridal line and brands such as Hope & Ivy and Needle & Thread have also moved into the market.
