Topshop launches first athleisure collection

Topshop has today launched its first fashion athleisure collection, entitled TOPSHOP ACTIVE.

The collection comprises 20 pieces including sports bras, leggings, joggers, workout tops and cycling shorts.

As a nod to the global flagship store for Topshop, each piece from this collection features a numerical motif referencing the geographical coordinates for Oxford Street.

Priced between £17.99-£29.99, the collection is available in sizes XS-XL.

Gillian Ridley-Whittle, Topshop's Fashion Director, said: "TOPSHOP ACTIVE is an exciting venture for the brand; bridging the gap between sportswear and fashion. We've created a truly versatile collection ideal for everything from a yoga class, to winter walks, or simply lounging indoors, and we can't wait to see how our customers style it."

Topshop has previously partnered with Beyoncé on her athleisure line Ivy Park in 2016, but the singer bought out Arcadia boss Philip Green's share in 2018, opting to push Ivy Park forward with Adidas since 2019.
