British Land has made a raft of new retail signings for its 100 Liverpool Street Broadgate redevelopment – set to open this summer – including fashion lifestyle brands Tommy Hilfiger and Reiss, and fashion footwear retailer Dune London.

Other retailers to have recently signed for stores are British jeweller Monica Vinader, beauty brand L’Occitane and luxury beauty retailer Space NK.

Tommy Hilfiger is taking a 3,560 sq ft unit at the new east London development, while Dune London has signed for a 1,590 sq ft space and Reiss for a 1,390 sq ft store.

The new retail additions to 100 Liverpool Street will join previous signings GANT, Kiehl’s, Watches of Switzerland, Neom and The Body Shop.

David Lockyer, Head of Broadgate at British Land, said: “We’ve had exceptional leasing success at Broadgate, where the calibre of retail occupier really sets the tone for the rest of the campus. The commitment of these high quality brands to Broadgate is an excellent endorsement of our strategy to transform the campus into a vibrant, mixed use destination.”

The 100 Liverpool Street 520,000 sq ft redevelopment, designed by Hopkins Architects, has a focus on technology, sustainability and wellbeing. Over 11,000 tonnes of carbon have been saved through the construction of the building, with a further 4,100 tonnes set to be saved through carbon-efficient design and low-carbon materials.
