Thule unveils second UK store in London’s Covent Garden
Swedish premium outdoor equipment and accessories brand Thule, best known for its pushchairs, bike racks and car seats but also a producer of backpacks and bike bags, has opened a new 2,100 sq ft store in London’s Covent Garden.
Located at 72 Neal Street, which runs off Seven Dials, it comes hot off the heels of its first UK store opening at 7-9 Thames Street in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
Thule was established in Sweden in 1942, under the motto ‘Bring your life’. The brand’s products are sold in more than 138 countries.
Johan Lindell, Store Operations Manager at Thule, said: "For more than 80 years we’ve been committed to helping our customers enjoy the outdoors, developing smart, stylish products that are not only high quality but environmentally sound and easy to use.
"The next step was for us to expand our physical retail presence, and Covent Garden’s Seven Dials, where the world’s leading brands sit alongside highly specialist stores, is the perfect home."
Thule joins Covent Garden’s roster of outdoor and performance focused stores including Finisterre, Peak Performance, Arc’teryx and Snow & Rock.
