ThredUp appoints Coretha Rushing to Board of Directors

Fashion resale platform ThredUP has announced the appointment of Coretha Rushing to its Board of Directors.

Rushing plans to advise ThredUP on its employee initiatives, with a focus on health and wellness, attraction and retention, diversity, equity and inclusion.

ThredUp is fashion resale brand on a mission to extend the life cycle of clothing, change the way consumers shop and contribute towards a more sustainable future for the fashion industry.

With over 35 years of human resources experience, Rushing has previously held executive positions at Equifax, The Coca-Cola Company, Pepsi and IBM. She also founded her own consulting firm CR Consulting Alliance LLC and became Coca-Cola's first woman Chief People Officer in the company's history in 2000.
