Fila has grown into a leading global designer of high-end sportswear. In 2007 Fila and all its subsidiaries were acquired by Fila Korea from SBI, establishing its self as the largest South Korean sportswear company.

It currently holds all rights to the global use of footwear and clothing brands. That very same year, Fila partnered with GLBH, a fashion organization focussed on growing brands through developing high-end fashion products.

This new partnership allowed Fila to establish its headquarters in Milan. Most recently Fila announced the launch of new premium label Fila Fjord for autumn 19.

Danish designer Astrid Andersen and GQ fashion director Elgar Johnson will be creating the men and womenswear collection which will have smarter aesthetic and will feature tailored cable-knit jumpers, knitted, fake fur jackets and wool coats.
