The White Stuff CEO to stand down by year end
Jeremy Seigal CEO of fashion and lifestyle retailer The White Stuff is to stand down from the business by the end of the year after four years at the helm.
Seigal joined The White Stuff from AS Watson, owner of The Perfume Shop and Superdrug, in 2013 and the business says the search for his replacement is underway. During his time with the retailer it has expanded its online and retail operations and has entered the German market.
The business was founded in Battersea, South London in the mid-1980s. Today it has around 150 UK stores (including some department store concessions) as well as stores in Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Italy.
"We are appreciative of the commitment and loyalty [Seigal] has shown throughout his time with us and he leaves with our very best wishes for the future as he embarks on the next chapter of his professional life," said the company's chairman Debbie Hewitt.
