The Shirt Company celebrates 15 years with rebrand reflecting expanded vision
Independent London-based womenswear label The Shirt Company has unveiled a rebrand to mark its 15th anniversary, introducing a refreshed visual identity that highlights the brand’s evolution, craftsmanship, and commitment to timeless design.
The rebrand features a new logo, featuring a bespoke wordmark and abstract symbol inspired by the letters of the brand’s name, intended to express "the balance of structure and softness intrinsic to The Shirt Company’s ethos".

The updated identity marks a significant milestone in the brand's journey from a niche shirting brand to a broader destination for women seeking distinctive designs.
It incorporates refined typography, a sophisticated colour palette, and refreshed digital and physical touchpoints, from packaging to the online experience.
Donna Middleton, founder and Creative Director of The Shirt Company, said: "As we mark our 15-year anniversary, this rebrand is both a celebration of our journey and a statement of intent for the future.
"It embodies the confidence and sophistication of the women who wear our designs – modern, feminine, and authentic. Our new identity reflects our ongoing commitment to crafting timeless pieces that empower women and transcend trends."
Founded by Middleton in 2010, The Shirt Company is known for offering high-quality shirts and blouses that combine traditional tailoring with contemporary design.
Each collection is designed in London and produced using carefully selected fabrics, featuring details such as pin-tucks, frills, and pleats that highlight the brand’s attention to craftsmanship.
Sustainability remains a key pillar of the company’s philosophy, encouraging investment in versatile, long-lasting wardrobe staples. The brand has also achieved consistent growth in recent years, following the introduction of its Shirt Dress and Curve ranges, which contributed to four consecutive years of online growth averaging 22% annually.
"Over the past 15 years we have learned the importance of staying true to our vision while remaining agile in a changing market," added Middleton.
"Listening to our customers has shaped who we are today and this rebrand represents the next chapter of that ongoing dialogue."
Looking ahead, The Shirt Company plans to continue developing its product range while maintaining its emphasis on "quality, fit, and timeless appeal".
