The North Face announces new executive appointments

The North Face has appointed Sophie Bambuck as Chief Marketing Officer and Jennifer Ingraffea as Chief Product and Merchandising Officer.

Bambuck is a 20-year veteran of global and integrated marketing strategy and held senior marketing roles with Everlane, Nike Sportswear and Converse. In her new role, she will "advance the VF Corp-owned brand’s marketing efforts and drive organisational growth".

Ingraffea brings more than two decades of experience driving new business and developing functions across retail, merchandising and general management. She worked at Nike for ten years and was most recently, Global VP Product Merchandising for Nike Kids Footwear, Nike.

In her new role, she will "lead the brand’s global product strategy and develop growth objectives across apparel, footwear, and equipment and accessories".

The appointments of Bambuck and Ingraffea comes after Nicole Otto’s was appointed Global Brand President of The North Face in June. Otto spent 16 years at Nike, most recently serving as Vice President of Nike Direct North America from 2018 to 2021.

Under her leadership, the sports giant launched new flagship and Nike Live experiences in New York City and Los Angeles, and began its expansion of owned retail locations across the US.
