The British Fashion Council reveals London Fashion Week schedule
The British Fashion Council has unveiled the provisional London Fashion Week September schedule as it continues the 40th anniversary year celebrations.
This fashion week, presented by 1664 Blanc, will be a digital-physical hybrid. It will run from Thursday 12 to Tuesday 17 September, spotlighting London’s unique creative designers, communities and businesses.
This season, Harris Reed, Patrick McDowell and Standing Ground are new to the schedule and will show alongside Completed Works and EDELINE LEE, who have all been awarded Catwalk slots. Mithridate also joins the schedule and will showcase their collection in a presentation format.
Designers returning to the schedule include Kent & Curwen, Nensi Dojaka, TOGA, 16Arlington, Ahluwalia, Burberry, Chopova Lowena, DAVID KOMA, Dilara Findikoglu, Emilia Wickstead, ERDEM, FASHION EAST, KNWLS, Richard Quinn, ROKSANDA, Simone Rocha and TOVE.
September will also see the BFC NEWGEN Show Space return to 180 The Strand. BFC NEWGEN designers activating physically on schedule include AARON ESH, ANCUȚA SARCA, Charlie Constantinou, Chet Lo, DI PETSA, DERRICK, HARRI, Johanna Parv, Karoline Vitto, LUEDER, MASHA POPOVA, Paolo Carzana, Pauline Dujancourt, Sinéad O'Dwyer, The Winter House, TOLU COKER and YAKU.
BFC NEWGEN designers activating digitally on schedule include Kazna Asker, Leo Carlton and Steve O Smith.
The final physical and digital schedule will be released in August and will include further updates and specific information regarding the format and timings of each activation.
