Innovative sock and apparel brand Stance has just opened a flagship shop at 45 Carnaby Street in London’s West End.

The 800 sq ft space is showcasing its latest lifestyle and performance collections and brand collaborations, starting with the NFL, and will launch an exclusive Carnaby design in store.

Founded in 2009, the brand will also continue to champion its "Punks & Poets", a group of iconic cultural influencers connected to Stance which includes artists, athletes, stylists and performers, who will host in store events.

Rich Philip, marketing director at Stance, said: “We have had some great success in the West End and Carnaby was the natural next step for us, sitting alongside some of the most iconic brands and retailers in London.

“We’re planning on using the store to help us celebrate creativity with artist workshops, experiential events and ‘Punk and Poet’ signings. We will also showcase our latest collections of underwear and T-shirts, brand collaborations and some exciting Carnaby exclusives.”

Samantha Bain-Mollison, head of retail at landlords Shaftesbury, added: “We are excited that Stance has opened in Carnaby. The brand’s creative and experimental style of retail fits perfectly in Carnaby and is a welcome addition to the iconic street.”

Stance joins recent Carnaby openings, Danish flagship store Samsøe & Samsøe, Ralph Lauren’s RRL, RÆBURN and upcoming openings Liars & Lovers and Timberland, both on Carnaby Street.
