Source trade show is back, this time with headline designer Anna Pabissi
It’s that time of year once again. Source Fashion trade show is opening its doors to fashion manufacturers, suppliers, artisans and industry experts this Sunday 14 July at Olympia London.
Ahead of Sunday’s opening, thousands of brands and retailers have registered to attend including teams from M&S, Lipsy, Sophia Webster, REISS, Paul Smith, Harrods, Jaded, ERDEM, Next, John Lewis and many more.
Suzanne Ellingham, the show’s Director, said: "Let’s face it retail is tough, but despite the current market conditions companies are still looking for better partners, and better quality. We are creating a place for everyone involved in buying and sourcing to find new collaborations and relationships with people who they can do business with and where they can make an impact.
"The key priorities for our audience are simple, to be able to work with better companies, who have good working practices and who make quality products at a fair price. "
The cornerstone of the show’s fourth edition is its geographic diversity and this edition welcomes over 20 countries from Peru to Portugal.

Each day covers a key theme. Day 1 focuses on Industry Innovation and Collaboration, Day 2 showcases Trends, Legislation and Big Brand Ideology, and Day 3 focuses on Learning, Education and Certification.
Source has also announced that this year’s designer collaboration is with London-based sustainable fashion brand Anna Pabissi. Pabissi creates one-off statement pieces, as well as utilising deadstock textiles to create zero-waste fashion. Her garments will come to life on the catwalk followed by a discussion with stylist Rebekah Roy on Sunday at 12.25.
Anna Pabissi said: "Source Fashion has been merging designers and buyers since it launched, focusing on sustainability and fair trade practices on both sides. Partnering with the show not only gives me a platform to promote my sustainability-focused brand but also enables me to meet likeminded people who can help me to grow my business and share my journey towards more eco-friendly, sustainable fashion."
As usual, fireside chats will also be hosted during the three-day trade show. One not to miss is Caryn Franklin MBE, former fashion editor of i-D magazine, who will have a frank conversation with Nick Beighton, Ex-CEO of ASOS. They will discuss the future of fast fashion, how to encourage sustainable and ethical practices within the industry and more.
