UK responsible sourcing show Source Fashion, returning to Olympia London from 13-15 January 2026, is launching its first-ever ‘Fashion Deconstructed’ programme on a brand new dedicated stage.

Described as “an immersive, hands-on zone” dedicated to uncovering the craftsmanship, creativity and care behind every garment, the new programme is in response to the growing demand for transparency and authenticity in fashion.

Across all three days of the show, Fashion Deconstructed aims to bring the making process centre stage, from weaving and upcycling to repair and live production demonstrations.

The programme consists of:

13, 14 and 15 January

11:00 - 12:00 Repair & Upcycling Workshop: Giving Your Clothes a Second Life

This interactive workshop, hosted by Fashion Enter, will invite visitors to roll up their sleeves and explore the fundamentals of visible mending, garment repair and creative upcycling. Led by expert makers, the session will demonstrate simple techniques that extend the lifespan of clothing and reduce textile waste. The session will run every day giving visitors multiple opportunities to take part.

13 January

12:00 – 13:00 Reworking Waste: The Elvis & Kresse Leather Workshop

Hosted by Elvis & Kresse, pioneers in luxury leather salvage, this interactive workshop will reveal the artistry behind transforming rescued leather offcuts into refined, functional pieces. Visitors will witness and take part in the cutting, shaping and crafting processes that give discarded materials new purpose.

14 January and 15 January

11:00 – 12:00 The Handloom in Motion: Live Weaving Demonstration

Day two will begin with “an evocative journey through one of fashion’s oldest crafts”. This live weaving demonstration will take the audience from raw fibre through hand-spinning, loom set-up and cloth creation, revealing the patience, rhythm and precision behind artisan textiles. It will be a rare opportunity to see traditional craftsmanship practiced up close, and to reconnect with the tactile origins of fabrics that are often taken for granted in modern production. Visitors will also have another opportunity to attend this session on the closing day.

14 January

14:00 – 15:00 LaundRE’s Reprocessing in Action: Live Circular Denim Demo

Rounding off Wednesday 14 January will be a live demonstration of LaundRE’s denim reprocessing technology. Using advanced laser and ozone systems, LaundRE reveals how worn denim can be broken down, reconditioned and transformed into renewed material. This dynamic session will bring circularity to life in real time, offering visitors an unfiltered look at the innovation reshaping how the industry handles post-consumer textiles.

15 January

The final day of Source Fashion will invite visitors to revisit key techniques, deepen their understanding of responsible production and experience the Fashion Deconstructed programme’s most popular demonstrations once more. With sessions ranging from circular denim reprocessing to traditional weaving, it will offer a final opportunity to connect with the makers, materials and methods that have brought the stage to life throughout the show.
